It’s not the questionable punctuation that gets me, but the fact they misspelled “shirts”… c’mon, folks, that’s lazy even on island time.

EDITOR

Oxford commas forever!

Over the past fifteen years, I’ve edited somewhere in the ballpark of 300 articles and 60-70 books, with the occasional dissertation, screenplay, or website. I work as a ghostwriter, developmental editor, copyeditor, proofreader, and writing coach, and my work has spanned fiction, creative nonfiction (memoir), nonfiction, and academic writing.

I’m proud to serve as managing editor for the scholarly journal Studies in the Novel, a quarterly, peer-reviewed periodical co-published by the English Department of the University of North Texas (my alma mater for my doctorate) and the fine folks at Johns Hopkins University Press.

I’m currently accepting new clients, but very selective in the projects I take on.

If you’d like to propose a project or check availability, drop me a line.
